Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tk288 ("tk288", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing tk288.pro, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all services offered by tk288, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any other gaming or promotional products made available through the platform. If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must not use tk288.

Eligibility

Registration is free of charge. tk288 may, at its discretion, require additional identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or as part of a periodic KYC review.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP with any third party under any circumstances. tk288 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your tk288 account or any balance it contains to another person.
• You must notify tk288 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or if your registered mobile number has been lost or compromised.
• tk288 may conduct identity verification at any time. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in the restriction of withdrawals and, eventually, account suspension.
• tk288 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms or applicable law.

Deposits and Withdrawals

tk288 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer to supported Bangladesh banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals are subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses. tk288 will process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the FAQ. tk288 does not charge a withdrawal fee on the platform side; however, your mobile wallet or bank may apply their own transaction charges.

• All deposit and withdrawal transactions must be conducted using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not permitted.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100. tk288 may set maximum withdrawal limits per transaction or per day as published in the platform's current payment schedule.
• tk288 may delay or refuse withdrawal requests where identity verification is incomplete, where suspicious activity has been flagged, or where a bonus wagering requirement has not been met.
• Funds deposited into your tk288 account are for gaming purposes only and do not accrue interest. tk288 is not a bank or financial institution and your account balance is not a deposit in the legal or regulatory sense.

Bonuses and Promotions

• Bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus credits and associated free spins that are not used within the stated expiry period will be removed from your account automatically.
• Promotions are intended for recreational players only. tk288 reserves the right to exclude any player from promotional offers at its sole discretion, including players who exhibit patterns consistent with professional bonus exploitation.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on tk288 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, market, or game in question. tk288 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or in breach of these Terms. Void bets will have the stake returned to the player's account.

In-play betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time during a live event at tk288's discretion, particularly where result information becomes available through unofficial channels before official confirmation. tk288's decisions on in-play betting are final.

• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all bet types and are published on the relevant betting market. tk288 reserves the right to limit stake amounts for individual players.
• All game outcomes on tk288 are determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems or by live dealer results broadcast from licensed studios. Results are final once confirmed and cannot be contested except in cases of a verified technical fault.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game round, the round will be completed or voided in accordance with the game provider's rules. tk288 will communicate the outcome to affected players.
• Winnings derived from free spin bonuses or promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements and will not be credited as real money until those requirements have been met.

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on the platform.
• Using tk288 for money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, or engaging in any form of match-fixing in connection with sports betting markets on the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to gain credits, winnings, or any other benefit not intended by the platform.

Account Suspension and Termination

tk288 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other players.

Upon closure of an account for cause, tk288 may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part. Where a player voluntarily closes their account and no breach is found, any remaining real-money balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Limitation of Liability

tk288 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk288 excludes all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. tk288 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, tk288's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. tk288 shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages of any kind.
